Shortfalls, damaged goods, non-delivery

Any shortfall or receipt of damaged goods of which you become aware must be notified to Redeye-uk.com within three days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch of goods.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may cancel your order according to the procedure set out below and return the goods intact within 7 working days from receipt. You will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of any goods before returning them and they and any packaging must be returned in a condition where they can be resold. We will not however accept cancellation or return of goods made to a customer's personal specifications. Before you return goods you must first contact us for a returns consent number: we will not accept liability unless this procedure has been followed. If goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order, postage costs will be refunded. In the event that we ask you to accept substitute goods for those ordered but found to be unavailable and you then choose to return those goods your postage costs will be refunded. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. For your security you should use Recorded Delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are adequately packed. You should enclose a covering letter with the goods detailing your full name and address, returns consent number, reason for return and indication of whether you require an exchange or refund.

If you cancel your order but fail to return the goods we reserve the right to recover goods sent and deduct the cost of this from any refund.

Payment

 All prices are in USD (US dollars - $). All prices shown remain valid only for as long as they remain on the website. The price of any goods ordered and not in stock at time of order and subject to an increase will be advised with the customers option to cancel. Payment by credit and debit cards shown on the website and accepted by PayPal. 

Credit card security

When you pay online by credit or debit card you will be passed through the PayPal secure payment gateway, use of which is subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal. We do not hold any responsibility for the availability of the PayPal gateway nor calculations displayed on its site. Please ensure that the total amount is exactly the same value as the order before confirming your payment: otherwise we will be unable to process your order. All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted automatically. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Using our PayPal service incurs no additional cost to the purchaser.

Complaints

We normally expect to acknowledge and deal with a complaint within 5 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas we may take longer. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially and effectively. Any complaints may be submitted by mail, email, telephone or in person to Keith Appleton. Contact details as on the website.

Conditions of use

The law of England and Wales shall apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery. By using our site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, by the terms of our Privacy Policy and by the terms explained on our Shopping Information page and you should leave immediately if you are unwilling to accept them. In addition, when you use any current or future service, whether or not included on this website, you also will be subject to the conditions applicable to such service. Any material found upon this website including text and images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for the purpose of placing an order with us. All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. By your use of this website, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ourselves arising from any product or service sold from our website shall be the price of the product or service ordered plus shipping and handling charges. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of ourselves shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).

Photographs of items on this website are not necessarily to scale and colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to technological limitations. Because of the nature of goods some items may vary in size, patter nation, colour, etc.
